Whether you’re diving into a single slice or sampling the pizza flight to explore various tastes, each offering showcases a thoughtful approach to ingredients and technique.

Sitting at the bar or a cozy table, you immediately feel welcomed and part of something authentic.
Pair your meal with a curated drink selection that includes the refreshing Negroni Spagliato or a glass of wine such as the Elizabeth Rose Pinot Noir from Napa Valley or the Salcheto Chianti Biskero from Tuscany. Customer experiences speak volumes: Matt Hodges raves about the “hella good” pizza and the lively atmosphere created by the owner’s interaction with guests. James appreciates the generous slice sizes and the value of the pizza flight, which lets you taste favorites like the surprisingly delightful White Lemon. Jon Morrow highlights the fresh ingredients and friendly service, while Rocky Nitro praises the helpful and welcoming staff—though notes a minor hiccup with table service, which does not overshadow the overall positive experience.
There’s even a bit of a curious phenomenon shared by Nicole Sanchez, who along with friends, occasionally experiences a mysterious stomach upset after visiting—but intriguingly, it doesn’t detract from their love of the food enough to keep them away. This odd but affectionate loyalty speaks to the addictive quality of Gimani’s pizzas.
In essence, Gimani stands out not just for its inventive menu and vibrant flavors, but for the genuine hospitality and local feel it offers. It’s a place to indulge your cravings, discover new taste favorites, and feel right at home in Albuquerque’s pizza scene.
Good, my bf and I loved it. But something odd me and my friends realize afterwards is that a couple of times after going to get pizza we instantly become sick or have a bad stomach for days after. But it’s weird because the pizza and all food taste just fine. It has happened to me and at least 3 other of my friends in separate occasions yet that still doesn’t stop us from coming back.
This pizza joint is hella good. I ordered the pizza flight and my choices were the #2 Pep, #4 White Lemon, #5 Vodka, #6 Special. My favorites were the Lemon, the pep and the special (Hawaiian pineapple). So so good! I sat at the bar and the owner would chat with the other guests as he was rolling dough behind the counter. Highly recommend checking this place out.
Great place to dine. Employee (young man) who took our order was super helpful, welcomed us in kindly and explained the menu well. We sat down and the lady with blonde hair brought us our food. We really enjoyed the Pizza and Gelato. The only complaint I had was that we had our drinks on the table and my son went to get our Gelato while I went to the bathroom. The blonde server cleaned our table and took our drinks. I was a little frustrated that she didn’t check to see that my son was getting the Gelato from the bar.
The pizza and salads here are delicious and fresh. The staff is friendly and responsive. The dining area is kept clean and inviting. I have no complaints of this establishment and we'll definitely eat here again.
Finally got to try this place after seeing a few reels on IG. The menu is simple and minimal which I can appreciate. They also have beer and wine. The slices are huge and I believe $7 each. My wife and I shared the flight which is four slices and saves you a few dollars. Our favorite ended up being the White Lemon much to my surprise but they were all delicious. We will definitely come back to try the other slices and the salads looked great too. Good pizza, good service, and clean, that’s all I really ask, and this place delivered.
Wow would be an understatement, this is absolutely just a phenomenal place to stop in and have a delicious sourdough crust specialty Pizza. When I say specialty I don't mean exotic crazy. I mean pepperoni but it tastes exotic and wonderful. The ramp up gives you fresh burrata and basil and a wonderful dripping hot honey sauce. But don't let the hot honey scare you. It is absolutely amazing and your taste buds will. Thank you. Everybody, sitting next to us ordered lemon pizza. Now it's not something we've experienced, but looking at their faces filled with the light where they took their first bite. I definitely say it's a on the list to come back to. Be mindful. These slices are huge. I don't know how big they are but they are definitely huge. When ordering. Truly one slice will suffice, we ordered four between the two of us and stuffed our fat bellies full and are very gleefully happy as we roll out the door. Remember they are big big slices but well worth it. Stop in say hello. See what's happening. You'll love the dough.
Great vibe, the pizza is ridiculous. A few extra shots of ricotta and you’re in heaven. I live on the East Coast and this place got recommended to me highly and I thoroughly understand why highly recommend.
My family and I went to this slice bar for dinner, and it was perfect! The vibe was so fun and inviting making it a great spot for a lively meal. The service was great, everyone was friendly and helpful. We enjoyed awesome drinks alongside absolutely delicious pizza, crispy crust and amazing toppings. And we couldn't resist the gelato for dessert; it was the perfect sweet ending! Everything about this place was on point. We'll definitely be back!
